Our Leadership

Laura Miller is serving as acting vice president of operations for the foundation. She manages day-to-day operations and compliance. Laura is on loan from Volt Energy Utility where she serves a similar role. She joined the Volt Energy Utility team in March 2021. Laura has practiced law in various sectors including: civil litigation, real estate, contracts and is licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma. Her passion for sustainability and renewable energy started at a young age which made the transition to Volt and the foundation a natural fit. She received her BBA in Finance, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma Price School of Business, and acquired a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.   She resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and two young children who inspire her to work toward the collective goal of a clean energy future.
